1. How The Program Works

Our Referral Program allows current students, alumni, faculty, and staff to refer prospective students to Windsor Career College. By completing a simple referral form, you can recommend friends, family members, or colleagues who you believe would be a great fit for our academic community. Once referred, students will receive personalized outreach from our Admissions Team and may be eligible for special incentives.

 

2. A Referral Is

• A current student, alumnus, faculty, or staff member submits a prospective student’s information via the link provided.

• The referred student is new to Windsor Career College and has not previously applied or been enrolled.

• The referred student completes an application and successfully enrolls in a program at Windsor Career College

Only referrals that result in enrollment and are approved, attending classes for a minimum of 30 days, will be counted as successful referrals and qualify for rewards.

 

2. Rewards And Offers

As a token of appreciation:

• Referring individuals may receive a gift card or monetary gift in the form of a Cheque.

 

3. Issuing Of Rewards And Offers

Rewards will be issued:

• Within 45 days after the referred student has officially enrolled,approved in the program of study and has attended classes for a minimum of 30 days

• Provided all referral information submitted is accurate and verifiable.

• Once eligibility and program criteria are confirmed by the Admissions Team.

Participants will be notified via email when rewards are ready for distribution.

 

4. Privacy

All personal information collected and processed as part of this Referral Program will be used in accordance with Windsor Career College’s Privacy Policy. Windsor Career College shall be responsible for collecting and processing such personal information. 

 

 

5. General 

 

5.1. These Referral Terms are published by Windsor Career College (“we”’, “us” and “our”). Our Referral Program as displayed on our Website https://windsorcareercollege.ca/  and these Terms form a binding agreement for both Referring Users (“you” or “your(s)”) and people who receive our referral invitation.

 

5.2. This Referral Program permits you to invite your contacts to participate in one or more Referral Programs (s).

 

5.3. You may only invite personal friends, family members, acquaintances and colleagues to this Referral Program.

 

6. Completed Referrals and Limit

 

6.1. A Completed Referral occurs when a referring user (student, alumni, faculty, or staff) submits a referral through the official referral link, and the referred individual successfully applies, is admitted, and enrolls in a program at Windsor Career College. The referral is only considered complete once the new student has remained enrolled past the 30-day attendance period in the program period and has not withdrawn or cancelled within 30 days.

 

6.2. Windsor Career College may, at its discretion, limit the number of referrals per user or cap the number of rewarded completed referrals per academic year.

 

6.3.  All referred individuals must be new to Windsor Career College. Former students or applicants who have previously interacted with the Admissions process are not eligible to be referred under this program.

 

6.4. Referring users must ensure that all personal information submitted is accurate and up to date. Windsor Career College reserves the right to verify the identity of referrers and referred students and may request documentation prior to issuing rewards.

 

7. Restrictions

 

7.1.  This referral program cannot be combined with other referral campaigns, promotional offers, scholarships, or incentives provided by Windsor Career College.

 

7.2. Referrers must refrain from using intrusive or unsolicited communication methods. All participation must comply with applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations.

 

7.3. Referrals may not be shared or posted on websites or platforms containing content related to adult material, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, political extremism, or any unlawful activity

 

7.4. Referrals must be made only to individuals known personally to the referring user. Mass, anonymous, or bulk referrals are not permitted.

 

7.5. This program is for personal and non-commercial use only. Referrals made for business or resale purposes are strictly prohibited.

 

8. Term and Termination

 

8.1. The referral program is available for a limited time and may be extended, paused, or terminated by Windsor Career College at any time without notice.

 

8.2. Referrals submitted prior to the end of the program will still be processed, although eligibility for rewards will be subject to final approval.

 

8.3. Windsor Career College reserves the right to end the program, modify rewards, or terminate any participant’s eligibility at its discretion.

 

9. Exclusive Relationship

 

9.1.Participation in the referral program does not create any legal partnership, agency, or employment relationship with Windsor Career College.

 

9.2. Referring users are not authorized to act on behalf of, or bind, Windsor Career College in any manner.

 

9.3. Users may not use the Windsor Career College logo, branding, or trademarks without prior written permission.

 

9.4. By participating, users agree not to present themselves as agents, representatives, or intermediaries of Windsor Career College.

 

10. Privacy and Information

 

10.1. Referrers must respect the privacy and consent of anyone they refer. Only individuals who have given permission should be referred. 

 

10.2. Referrers are responsible for informing referred individuals about the program’s terms and the Windsor Career College Privacy Policy before submitting their information.

 

11. Amendments

 

Windsor Career College reserves the right to modify the referral program, including but not limited to changing eligibility requirements, rewards, and duration. Participants agree to be bound by any updated terms and are encouraged to check the program page regularly for updates.

 

12. Violations and Termination

 

12.1. Suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of the terms may result in disqualification from the referral program and forfeiture of any pending rewards.

 

12.2. Current or former employees, contractors, or affiliates of Windsor Career College may be excluded from participation at the discretion of the college.

 

12.3. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and avoid infringement of any third-party rights.

 

13. Disclaimer and Indemnification

 

13.1. The referral program and all related benefits are offered “as is” and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Windsor Career College makes no guarantees regarding rewards or outcomes. 

 

13.2. Participation does not ensure admission or enrollment for any referred student.

 

13.3.Participants agree to hold Windsor Career College harmless against any claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse or misrepresentation in the referral process.

 

14. No Correspondence, Disputes And Refunds

No correspondence or disputes regarding referrals, rewards, or eligibility will be entertained. All rewards are issued as-is and are not refundable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

 

 

15. Applicable Law

 

This referral program is governed by the laws of Canada/Ontario. Any disputes arising from participation shall be handled by the competent courts within that jurisdiction.
